How do you change the Outcome of your current reality?
C + A = O Choices + Actions = Outcome
"Choosing to" become consciously aware of my thoughts, beliefs, actions, interactions, reactions and triggers created a very different outcome for my life. I am personally responsible for creating my own Destiny. Simply "Choosing to or Choosing Not To" react or process in old negative patterns has changed my life outcome.
Eileen's services and resources are available on one-to-one coaching, in small group settings such as retreats, workshops and custom trainings and in large settings as a feature speaker or workshop leader.

I used to feel that my purpose in life was to "help others"....my definition of helping included rescuing, solving their problems, being responsible for others' happiness, looking for approval. Reading the quote "You give so much it gives me no other option but to take" woke me up that I was disempowering when my intention was to empower...I now coach and cheerlead you to Laugh, Love and Live!

As I journey down this path I am choosing to live with passion and purpose. We truly can Shape Our Destiny.
Leaning more awareness for my thoughts, choices, actions and reactions has created a different life experience and outcome for myself. I feel I now have the ability to chart my own course and create the life I knew I was destined to live. Learning some new skills has increased my confidence and self-esteem. I am more comfortable in my ability to speak my truth without causing conflict. I have learned to diffuse many situations based on my understanding of other personality perceptions.
I am very passionate about The Enneagram Personality System and the benefits I have experienced in my personal growth using what I have learned about myself. It has given me insights with some challenging relationships. Although I have taken many courses on self-esteem and self-awareness, none of them have given me such a clear picture of how I act and react to other people. The best part is that this system gives me a road map of how, through awareness, I can modify my responses for maximum growth. I know what adjustments I need to make in my behavior to get to be the person I want to be.
I have a clearer picture of who I am and understand my reactions when I am triggered. This helps me to process my emotions much faster and not to personalize what isn't mine. I also have a better understanding of what others’ perception might be, as well as how and why their method differs from mine. Communicating has become easier now that I realize their procedure for stress, conflict, and anger is their own style. Strong relationships have good communication and negotiation.
When I discovered The Enneagram and how much it helped me, I wanted to assist others with insights into all their relationships. I started my training in 2005 with Enneagram Worldwide and received my certification as a qualified teacher of EPTP in August, 2008. Helen Palmer, David Daniels and Peter O'Hanrahan are renowned worldwide for their contributions to this system.
